E-application

 

How to become an e-customer? 

  1. register to the so called „customer gate” – a governmental website for public use
  2. download and install the JAVA based software – in order to be able to fill in the electronic licence application form
  3. register to the Office as e-customer
  4. upload the completed application into your „customer gate”
  5. the  Office gets the application via Central Electronic Network (CEN)
  6. the application will be registered automatically into the electronic licensing system and can be seen immediately is the Office system

  

  Registration to the „customer gate”    

  • „Customer gate” is a governmental website,  where citizens can manage their official needs electronically (for example driving licence, ID card, passport, taxation)
  • The customer has to register personally at the Local Government Office, where he gets his ID and password for the „Customer Gate”

 

Downloading and installing the JAVA based software -- registration to the HTLO 

  • Download and install the software
  • Complete the registration form
  • Upload it into your „customer gate”
  • The  Office gets the form via the Central Electronic Network
  • The  Office Customer Service checks the validity of the data on the electronic trade register
  • The customer gets his own  Office-ID, and from that time he always has to refer to this ID in case of e-application
